Chef Paul Mason's menu is a labor of love, incorporating fresh and unique Caribbean ingredients and spices, while using classical French preparation. excellent way to pass a Sunday relaxing by the pool or strolling the beach afterwards. Brunch includes classic items such as eggs Benedict and rum-and-coconut-crusted French toast, as well as sirloin steaks, French country pâté, and yellow fin tuna.
