Sitting on the island's north coast, Sebastian's definitely has a beachy feel, and that's its primary charm. Rooms vary in amenities and price, with the remodeled beachfront rooms a bit more up-to-date than those that the hotel calls "beach rear." The beachfront rooms have the best views and put you right on the sand. The less expensive rooms are basic, across the street from the ocean, and lack views. Those nearest the intersection of North Coast Road and Zion Hill Road
suffer from traffic noise. Although you can eat all your meals at the resort's enjoyable restaurant, the wonderful Sugar Mill Restaurant is just a short drive east.
