For an elegant evening, you can't do better than this—the candlelight in the open-air pavilion is enchanting, the always-changing menu sophisticated, the service attentive. Superbly prepared seafood, meat, and vegetarian entrées draw locals and visitors alike. Favorites include the pan-seared red snapper over homemade linguine, jerk-rubbed rack of lamb with a guava sauce, and a beef tenderloin served with garlic mashed potatoes. The Monday evening buffet shines.
