For an elegant evening, you can't do better than this -- the candlelight in the open-air pavilion is enchanting, the daily changing menu sophisticated, the service attentive. The dinner menu always includes a fine selection of superbly prepared seafood, meat, and vegetarian entrées. Favorites include the pan-seared marinated tuna with sweet chili sautéed spinach, rack of lamb with a garlic puree, and red snapper fillet with fennel served with sweet-potato tempura. The Monday breakfast, lunch, and evening buffets shine.
