Relax over dinner in this open-air eatery at Long Bay Beach Resort. Tables are well spaced, offering enough privacy for intimate conversations. The menu changes daily, but several dishes show up regularly. Start your meal with cheese ravioli with wild mushrooms in a garlic cream sauce, Caribbean-style fish and potato chowder, and shrimp cocktail. Entrées include snapper crusted with cornmeal, pan-seared tuna with a mango-caper coulis, and T-bone steak seasoned with peppercorns. There are always at least five desserts to choose from, which might include Belgian chocolate mousse, strawberry cheesecake, or a fluffy lemon and coconut cake.

After a hard day's tanning on Long Bay Beach, we found the Palm Terrace a very good way to end the day. The food is really good (The only place where we've had better is the Sugar Mill in Cane Garden Bay). Dressy casual, usually a breeze, service with a smile.
