Fodor's Review:

Although Biras Creek is tucked out of the way on the island's North Sound, the get-away-from-it-all feel is actually the major draw for its well-heeled clientele. Anyway, you're just a five-minute ferry ride from the dock at Gun Creek. There are a handful of other hotels in the area, but this resort's gourmet meal plan means you won't want to leave. A member of the exclusive Relais & Châteaux family of hotels, Biras Creek offers sophisticated suites with separate bedroom and living areas, though only bedrooms have air-conditioning. Guests get around on complimentary bicycles. Rates are per couple, per night, and include everything but beverages. Pros: Luxurious rooms, professional staff, good dining options. Cons: Expensive rates, isolated location, difficult for people with mobility problems.
