An oasis in the middle of uninhabited marshland at Diamond Cay, this simple, open-air eatery has plastic chairs and tiled wooden tables overlooking a "marina" (really a small dock). But the menu is definitely more upscale here than at Foxy's place in Great Harbour. The Taboo burger at lunch is a hand-formed mound of 100% beef, served with mango chutney and pepper-jack cheese on ciabatta bread. Pizzas have toppings ranging from jalapeño peppers to prosciutto and kalamata olives. Dinner selections include mango-tamarind chicken. There are a dozen or more wines available by the bottle or glass. Don't miss the tiramisu for dessert. Dinner reservations are required by 5 PM.

This place is very secluded and the food is great. Good pizza too at lunchtime!
