This beach bar is easily recognized by the restored U.S. Army Jeep that adjoins the dining area. Tex-Mex and Caribbean foods star at lunch, with selections ranging from lobster quesadillas to jerk-chicken wings. Northern Italian takes over at night, when you can find seafood pomodoro, which is full of shrimp, fish, squid, and lobster. Live music and a great drink menu keep things moving at night.

We had the pleasure of joining Vinny (the knife) and his able staff for Dinner and then again the next morning for Breakfast in February 2009. This was our 2nd trip to Corsairs and it has become one of my favorite BVI stops. We had excellent food and service for both meals. The atmosphere is "tropical Pirate" and Vinny is a truley great host. He went out of his way to make us feel "at home" and spent time visiting with us and telling us about his experences starting a 1st class bar/restaurant in paradise. If you are thinking you will be taking the kids to applebees, stay home. This is a fun Pirate bar for adults.
