Kayaking

Many tourists are discovering the natural wonders found in Bonaire’s extensive mangrove system. The mangroves are situated in Lac Bay. The mangrove harbors a myriad of sea life. This fragile ecosystem is the nursery for upside-down jellyfish, baby barracudas, and other marine creatures. Almost all the kayaks used are of the sit-on-top variety, which are able to negotiate shallow waters.
