Fodor's Review

This Washington–Slagbaai National Park beach is notable for the lagoon on one side, where flamingos nest, and the superb snorkeling on the other, where iridescent green parrot fish swim right up to shore. All sea life including coral, is protected in Bonaire. Look but never touch. A vehicle with high clearance is recommended when driving into the park. Amenities: none. Best for: solitude; snorkeling; swimming.
