The menu at this Texan-owned waterfront eatery favors Tex-Mex, but there are also Asian and Continental choices. The food is reasonably priced by Bonaire standards, and portions are huge by any definition. The lion fish ceviche is a popular favorite and with good reason. Fans of throwing calorie caution to the wind will appreciate such Texan touches as deep-fried cheesecake and homemade apple pie floating in a sea of melted butter infused with rum.
