Getting Here

Bermuda is accessible by air and cruise ship. Most major airlines offer nonstop services to L.F. Wade International Airport in St. George’s. Daily direct flights take two to three hours from East Coast cities, three hours from Toronto, and seven hours from London’s Gatwick Airport.

Throughout the summer months there are regular cruise-ship arrivals. The government controls the number of sailings to prevent overcrowding on the small island, but most of the major cruise lines are represented. If you’re arriving by sea, you’re more than likely to step off the ship at King’s Wharf or Heritage Wharf in Dockyard. Only a handful of cruise ships each year dock at Hamilton and St. George’s.
