Egyptian-theme Cafe Cairo is without question one of the most popular Hamilton nightspots. Decorated with North African furnishings, it's a great place for an early-evening meal and a view of Front Street. Eating later may lead to indigestion, as after 10 pm it transforms into a jumping nightclub that's almost always packed with both locals and tourists. Food and drink are served until 3 am and there's a covered balcony where the adventurous can try smoking fruit tobacco pipes. Multiple DJs play mostly R&B, Soca, and Top 40 hits. After 11 pm on weekends expect to wait in line at the door as this is where everyone ends up at the end of the night.
