Fodor's Review:

Canadian head chef John Pritchard (former host of the TV show Red, Hot and Ready) has built up a solid reputation on the island with locals and tourists wanting to feast on his culinary delights. This ocean-side restaurant has a touch of French class, as the menu serves up dishes such as poached wahoo, seared scallops, and rack of lamb. You can enjoy your meal on the outside terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the ocean.
