Part of the Coco Reef Resort, this warm, ocean-side restaurant has a real European feel to it. Enjoy a candle-lit dinner in the dining room, which looks like a white Mediterranean villa, complete with archways and art depicting typical street scenes, or enjoy your meal on the outside terrace overlooking the swimming pool and coastline. Start with sautéed shrimp with beetroot, feta, and olive paste. Or try spring pea soup with mascapone crème fraîche; then treat yourself
to the poached Bermuda wahoo, braised beef short ribs, or Moroccan spiced rack of lab. If you have room left (it won't be easy!), treat yourself to the decadent chocolate crème brûlée. Be sure to swing by Café Coco for lunch and try a fish, Cuban, or lobster club sandwich. They don't disappoint.
