Bermuda Restaurants

Lido Restaurant

Updated 11/04/2013

Fodor's Review

On the beachfront terrace at the Elbow Beach Resort, with waves breaking just below, the Lido Restaurant is regarded as one of the island's most romantic settings. You could easily just stare out the window all evening. Food and service are top-notch to give you a truly memorable dining experience. Items to try: the Angus rib-eye steak, sea bass, lamb chops, catch-of-the-day, and the New York strip. For dessert you can't go wrong with the strawberry souffle. It's best to reserve a table, but regardless, the place gets crowded and sometimes it feels like you're on top of the other diners.

The Perfect Choice for a Romantic Night

We enjoyed the experience so much, we went back on our last night. The food, both times, was amazing. The service was just a good: attentive yet not hovering. You can't beat the view either.

Get a seat by the window !!

The food is great The views amazing but yes sometimes the service is a bit "off " -- just look out of the window and relax if that happens !!

The view is priceless

Was staying at The South Hampton Princess Resort, and we heard the food, view and new renovations were outstanding. We were not disappointed. Ambiance is spectacular and the view is breath taking. The service and food was average, but who cared...the view was a great dessert. Try the night club with in 20 feet of this establishment. It has been all re-done, with a Miami/New York feel. Very modern, and to the "edge". Drinks are $10 to $50,wine list more

expensive, but who's Bermuda..
