The dining room at Horizons cottage colony is one of Bermuda's most elegant, and reservations can be difficult to secure even weeks in advance. Chef Anton Mosimann's delicate, healthful, fusion cuisine brings the world's rich, famous, and trim to his table. Dinner is a five-course, prix-fixe (around $45) affair with a menu that changes nightly but may include vegetable terrine with basil oil and tomato coulis, and roasted snapper over sun-dried tomato polenta. The staff is, naturally, impeccably trained, swift, and discreet. You can linger over coffee on the terrace and listen to the sounds of the local tree frogs.

Superb Ambiance!!! Fabulous Service!! Great Food at an Excellent Value! Outstanding Wine List. Truly memorable experience, and we've dinned all over the world. Can't wait to return!
