Overlooking Mangrove Bay, this typically English tavern is all dark wood and good cheer, with a great deal of malt and hops in between. Much of the food isn't good enough to warrant a special trip across the island, but some of it is: Bermuda fish chowder, panfried mahimahi, and steak-and-kidney pie are all delicious. The in-house nightly specials—watch out for the Fish Friday deals, where you can get wahoo, tuna, dolphin, or rockfish for about $15—are another draw. A DJ plays on Friday and Saturday nights.
