Fodor's Review:
High-backed, elegant banquettes and crisp, white tablecloths set the scene for delicious Italian meals delivered with superlative service. Those hankering for authentic Italian classics will love the beef carpaccio with Parmesan and pesto over arugula, and the vongole al vino bianco (baby clams sautéed with white wine, garlic, and parsley). Other excellent pastas here include the penne al gorgonzola e noci (penne sautéed with Gorgonzola and walnuts) and the ravioli neri (black ravioli) filled with lobster meat and served in a light, pink sauce. The sushi bar, Omakase, is upstairs, but you may order from downstairs as well. Delicacies include the Bermuda maki roll stuffed with crabmeat, avocado, and cucumber. Several vegetarian rolls, stuffed with asparagus or shiitake, are also on the menu. Worth every mouthful is the all-you-can-eat sushi bar special on Tuesday evenings.

A must do when we come to Bermuda

As regular visitors to Bermuda we always make Primavera a stop on our trip. We love everything about this restaurant, from the great staff, to the even better food and the beautiful interior. The restaurant is stylish without being too modern, and everyone is made to feel welcome. The seafood is always amazing and it is one of the few places where you can eat oysters and see the tank where the are kept live so you know that they're fresh. The thin crust pizzas they serve at lunchtime are the best on the Island.
Service severely lacking

My wife and I came here on our last night in Bermuda and the one constant all week was the excellent food and service wherever we went. Sadly, this was not the case here.
The food was good, however, the wine, the dessert and some of the sushi we ordered was not available, although they were all listed on the menu and we were never told there were items not available when we ordered.
It took 15 minutes for the waiter to tell us that the dessert was not available, and the sweet shrimp we ordered (on the menu) never arrived with our meal. Only after advising the waiter (after another 10 minutes) we were told that it was not available.
Very inattentive service and total lack of caring for the customer.
overall, a very disappointing dining experience.
