This cozy restaurant is tucked away, but well worth discovering for the way it mixes Mediterranean cuisine with a hint of Bermuda. Fresco's is known for its homemade pasta, seafood, and vegetarian specialties; consider the goat's cheese Provençal (roasted vegetables and caramelized onions in a freshly baked pastry crust), panfried yellowtail snapper with zucchini-lime couscous and sweet red-pepper reduction, or lobster medallions roasted with vanilla. Before or after dinner, you can swirl a glass of rosso (red wine) beneath the vaulted ceiling of the wine bar, which boasts Bermuda's largest selection of wines by the glass.

A wonderfull dinner, exciting recipies, well prepared, and well sauced. In the Bermudian context reasonable and good value.
