A winning combination of authentic Italian cuisine with fine dining is what you can find at Bacci, which translates as "quick and friendly kisses." Walk in and you feel like you've been adopted into the Italian family. On the upper floor of the golf clubhouse, the restaurant is decorated in bright and bold colors with impressive golf course views. Bacci celebrates all that is great about Italy, and chef Cladys Magagna, who was formerly executive chef at the Italian Culinary Institute, is not afraid to experiment with the latest cooking trends. Don't miss the antipasto buffet, the fettuccine alfredo, or the spaghetti carbonara. The menu isn't huge, but does a great job of combining traditional and modern Italian recipes with different flavors from different regions of Italy. Many dishes are also low in fat and carbohydrates. Make sure you leave room for dessert— but be warned, they are big enough for two or even three people to share. At night the lights are dimmed and candles are lighted to create a more romantic atmosphere, but there's little privacy, as the tables are so close.
