Bolero Brasserie

Bolero Brasserie Review

The waitstaff, dressed in waistcoats, long white aprons, and red ties, create an authentic European feel, while owner and chef Johnny Roberts takes great pride in preparing the finest food for his traditional bistro. There's a classic brasserie menu featuring snails, ballotine of foie gras, roast rack of lamb, mushroom risotto, calf's liver, bacon and black pudding, and for something sweet: sticky toffee pudding, crème brûlée, and crêpes. Vegetarians and anyone with any special dietary requirements are also catered to. The impressive red decor includes a wall decorated with a multitude of various-size mirrors, and plenty of local artwork. There's also a balcony overlooking Front Street with great views of Hamilton Harbour.
