Fodor's Review:

A low-key and romantic hideaway, this is the perfect place to escape the world. Dining can be outside by the pool overlooking the ocean or in the plant-filled garden dining room, with its wall of French doors that open to the outside. The menu is not extensive, but the dishes listed are all creative and flavorful. Popular appetizers include goat cheese, leek, and apple tart with saffron sauce, and fresh vegetable spring rolls with plum sauce. When it's available, go for the signature rockfish entrée, cooked in a sumptuous blend of coconut curry and served with stir-fried vegetables. Another good entrée is the classic duck à l'orange. Desserts are worth every calorie—two of the best are the rum cake with rum-and-raisin ice cream and the crème brûlée of the day.
