Huge picture windows and outdoor porch seating allow you to enjoy the exhilarating panoramic view of surrounding fields and hills and, when making the alfresco choice, a refreshing breeze along with your lunch of exquisitely prepared Caribbean standards. Seared flying fish, grilled dorado, stewed lambi (conch), curried chicken, and jerk chicken or pork are accompanied by cou-cou, peas and rice, or salad. For dinner (by special request only), start with conch fritters or Caribbean fish soup; then try roasted Bajan black-belly lamb, grilled snapper, or shrimp garnished with tarragon. Sunday brunch is a Caribbean buffet often featuring great jazz music by some of the Caribbean's best musicians. Vegetarian dishes are always available.
