The dinner buffet at Christopher's changes themes nightly, so even after a week it doesn't get boring. Caribbean Night has local fare, such as conch and fresh fish, and other themes include Mexican and Mediterranean. Carving stations and European pastries and breads are impossible to skip, and simple pastas and pizzas are mainstays for the finicky eater. Don't forget the chocolate chip bread—so good you'll order some loaves to bring back with you. If you're not staying
at Club Med, a dinner pass will cost you $60 and is good from 7:30 pm to 1 am, including an open bar and the night's scheduled entertainment. All-you-can-eat breakfast passes are $20 and good from 8 to 10 am; lunch passes are $35, 12:30 to 2:15 pm.
