Lining lovely Miller's Bay beach is this rustic and remote resort. Sitting on stilts are six cabins with generous bedrooms, bathrooms, and airy screened porches. Located halfway between Stella Maris and Deadman's Cay, this is a real "get-away-from-it-all" place and guests should be self-sufficient and adventurous. Chef Pierre whips up innovative dishes, using island-grown produce and fresh fish from the local waters, served in the relaxing oceanfront restaurant. The room rate includes two meals daily. Explore nearby cays in sea kayaks, wade the adjacent flats for bonefish, or schedule a diving adventure. Fishing guides, diving, car rentals, and airport transfers can be arranged.
