$$$-$$$$, Continental, New Providence Island
Fodor's Review:
If you're hoping to catch sight of international superstars, this is a good place to look (assuming that they -- or you -- make it past the hostess). Dine in a series of rooms surrounding an enclosed garden area with a rock pool and fountain -- as magical a dining setting as Nassau offers. Feast on such creations as salmon mousseline and crayfish tails rolled in grouper fillets, topped with Chardonnay-lobster sauce, or veal with porcini mushrooms and white truffle oil. End your meal divinely with one of Belgian owner-chef Ronny Deryckere's six soufflés, which range from almond amaretto to guava. Dress is elegant, but jackets are not required.
