Fodor's Review:

Enjoy the ocean view while Bahamian chef Kermit Mackey creates artistic yet simple island dishes from the freshest of ingredients. Breakfast includes hot baked breads, eggs any style, fresh fruit, and juices. Dinner—the most formal on the island—includes starters of stir-fried seafood infusion, crisp salads, and cracked conch or crab. For your entrée, try the country-style roast beef with gold mashed potatoes, or a grilled grouper or wahoo with sesame seed and pineapple glaze. For dessert, the homemade apple pie rocks. The restaurant is in the Bimini Bay Resort, within walking distance of their marina.
