Fodor's Review:
Green Roofs, the sprawling former residence of the late Sir Roland Symonette (the country's first premier) houses this harborside restaurant. The mansion's mahogany woodwork, gardens, and terraces create a romantic setting for dining on Tuscan fare, including escarole, white bean, and sausage soup; bistecca fiorentina; snapper al Cartoccio, baked in parchment with julienne vegetables; and homemade pastas -- including risotto with chicken and wild mushrooms. The sweeping view of Paradise Island and the towers of Atlantis is particularly lovely at sunset. Reservations are essential for waterside tables.
