Green Roofs, the sprawling former residence of the late Sir Roland Symonette (the country's first premier) houses this harborside restaurant. The mansion's mahogany woodwork, gardens, and terraces create a romantic setting for dining on Tuscan fare, including escarole, white bean, and sausage soup; bistecca fiorentina; snapper al Cartoccio, baked in parchment with julienne vegetables; and homemade pastas—including risotto with chicken and wild mushrooms. The sweeping view of Paradise Island and the towers of Atlantis is particularly lovely at sunset. Reservations are essential for waterside tables.
