Cockburn Town

Fodor's Review:

Fernandez Bay is just south of what is now the main community of Cockburn Town, mid-island on the western shore. Queen's Highway encircles the island from Cockburn Town, where the weekly mail boat docks. This small village's narrow streets contain two churches, a commissioner's office, a police station, a courthouse, a library, a clinic, a drugstore, and a telephone station.
