Stella Maris

Fodor's Review:

Stella Maris, meaning Star of the Sea, lies about 12 mi south of Cape Santa Maria. It's home to the all-encompassing Stella Maris Resort Club, along with an airport. In a world of its own, the resort has a marina, yacht club, and tiny shopping complex with a bank, a post office, and a general store. If you're interested in aquatic adventures, contact the resort, which runs numerous daily outings, including diving and fishing trips.
