Rolleville
Towns, Eleuthera and the Exumas
Fodor's Review:
The town of Rolleville sits on a hill above a harbor, 20 mi north of George Town. Its old slave quarters have been transformed into livable cottages. The town's most prominent citizen, Kermit Rolle, runs the Hilltop Tavern, a seafood restaurant and bar guarded by an ancient cannon.
