Hope Town Harbour Lodge

Fodor's Review:

You can have it all at this casually classy resort—spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach, quality amenities, and a location steps away from the town and harbor. Pleasant rooms are decorated island style, but for a splurge, treat yourself to one of the ocean-view or oceanfront cottages, with light pine paneling, terra-cotta tile floors, full kitchenettes, and French doors opening onto private decks. Lunch is poolside, with views of the ocean. At dinner in the Upper Terrace ($$-$$$), warm up with a key-lime martini rimmed with graham-cracker crumbs before tackling a steak or grilled wahoo with creamy butter and lime. Book early, reservations are essential for both the restaurant and the lodge. Discounted rates are available September 2 to December 15.
