You can't miss this building—it's bright lime green with cobalt shutters—at the end of the block past the elementary school. Sit inside and enjoy the paintings by local artists and a little "sip sip" (Bahamian for gossip) with the locals, or dine on the shaded deck overlooking Harbour Island's pink beach. The restaurant serves lunch only, from 11:30 AM to 4 PM. The menu is eclectic, with local fish dishes using Mediterranean and Asian ingredients. One of Harbour Island's most contemporary eateries, its specialties include spicy conch chili, carrot cake with ginger-caramel frosting, and Sip Sip rum punch. Check out the blackboard for the daily specials.

Sip Sip, Bahamian for Gossip...outstanding culinary experience all around. Lobster Quesadilla was superb, Goombay Smash was delicious and the service was excellent. The celebs at the next table were tanned and laughing right along with the rest of the plebian vacationers. The Conch (Konk, like Konk on the head, not with a CH like Cheese sound) was spicy and the hummus surrounded by hot pita wedges was also not to be missed. KUDOS SIP SIP!
