A mainstay since 1960, this Greek restaurant provides a break from the Nassau culinary routine. Sit on the second floor among Grecian statuary, or on the balcony overlooking the action below. Enjoy souvlaki, moussaka, and spanakopita, among other specialties, along with Greek beer in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Gregarious owner Peter Mousis and his family serve tasty fare at moderate prices, including breakfast seven days a week.

If you're in Nassau at lunchtime, you must try this gem. We eat here every trip and I always get a Greek gyro because it's the best I've ever tried (and I've tried them worldwide!) The family all work here and they are very friendly and anxious to please. They even have two former Miss Bahamas winners working here, so the boys were not unhappy lol!!! Ask to sit on the balcony and enjoy people watching.
