New Providence and Paradise Islands Restaurants

Provence

Provence Review

The chef bills his fare as cuisine du soleil—you can see why with the fiery, grilled rib-eye steak in peppercorn sauce, and the Seafood Ultimate—yellowfin tuna, sea scallops, and prawns pan-seared and drizzled with a rich lobster sauce. Twenty-four-hour notice is requested if you'd like the Moroccan lamb-and-chicken tagine or the restaurant's famous paella. The tapas plate for two people starts at $20 and is a great light-bite option.
