Fodor's Review:
Facing west into the sunset, overlooking beautiful Governor's Harbour, two colonial cottages and a two-story home built in the 1850s are surrounded by a tropical garden with a world-class orchid collection. John and Kay Duckworth bought the compound from a Canadian timber baron and restyled the houses. With one bedroom each, the cottages are perfect for couples, whereas the four-bedroom, two-bath house can sleep eight. Each dwelling has a full kitchen (there are grocery stores just a block away) and a veranda. A full-time gardener tends to tropical fruit trees including white and pink grapefruit, plums, papayas, figs, dates, carambolas, and oranges; guests are welcome to pick and eat.
