This time-share property accommodates nonmembers looking for fun on the beach away from urban bustle. Balconies overlook the flowery courtyard, where thatch-roofed CoCoNuts Grog & Grub and a free-form pool with waterfalls and a swim-up bar are the centerpiece. The beach, used by guests from other non-beachside resorts, is busy with water-sports activity. One- and two-bedroom rooms are done in bright, modern, island style. The property has 195 rooms, but not all are included in the open-rental plan. The resort provides guests with a courtesy shuttle to Port Lucaya.

As a timeshare holder at Island Seas, I have been there 3 times, each time there has been a decline in service and standards - and nobody connected with the resort seems to care. I am looking to get rid of this timeshare ASAP!!! Go at your own risk!!!RATING: 1.0
