Fodor's Review:
This spotless stop is owned by Sammy Culmer and managed by his friendly daughter Margarita. It serves conch fritters, fried chicken and fish, and peas 'n' rice. Don't miss guava duff, sweet bread with swirls of creamy guava, for dessert. It's open 7:30 AM-10 PM daily, even on Sunday, when many other restaurants are closed.
