At this unassuming diner tucked inside Memorial Plaza Mall, locals trade gossip over heaping plates of pancakes and cheese-stuffed omelets at breakfast, then move on to hearty lunches of cracked conch, burgers, and salads. At dinner, the dress code and the vibe remain casual, but the food presentation gets kicked up a notch; try the stuffed pork chops or go Bahamian with a grilled turtle steak.
