Fodor's Review:
These substantial, well-furnished time-share and rental accommodations are perfect for young families or groups of friends traveling together. The stucco units are spread across landscaped grounds. Tiled three-bedroom luxury villas, oceanfront or garden side, sleep six comfortably -- up to eight using roll-aways (so the price, although in the top category, is really quite reasonable when shared by several people). Each unit has oversize rooms, a delightful secluded patio, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. The pool overlooks the ocean, although beaches are a bit of a walk.

We arrived early and were unable to check in. We returned at 4:30pm as check-in time was reportedly at 4:00pm but no one was in the office. After walking around the property we inquired of the security guard who had the keys for our unit.The unit was large but very outdated. The rugs& bedspread were dirty and bathrooms tubs were full of mold & mildew.
On our first day maintainence came to fix a "leak" which they soon turned into a flood of the upstairs bathroom, underlying kitchen,ceiling tile and floor. They told me that they could not move us to another unit and I had to demand that the rug be cleaned.
I found the staff to be polite, but services in general were lacking compared to other vacation rental homes that we have visited.
