$$$-$$$$, Steak, Grand Bahama Island
Fodor's Review:
Unwind in the handsome wood piano bar before enjoying a top-quality meal in the dining room, surrounded by white wainscoting and French windows. The atrium ceiling over the circular room illuminates Bahamian life with mural scenes and heavy chandeliers, and the atmosphere evokes the plantation era. In this elegant setting, the menu focuses on beef, but escapes single-mindedness with braised lamb, grilled wild king salmon with grilled figs, lobster and asparagus risotto, lobster surf-and-turf, and other dishes of equal sophistication.
