$$$-$$$$, Mediterranean, New Providence Island
Fodor's Review:
Provence draws the well-to-do and Hollywood set. The chef bills his fare as cuisine du soleil -- you can see why with the fiery, grilled rib-eye steak in peppercorn sauce, and the oven-roasted Atlantic salmon with citrus butter. At dinner, try the Mediterranean bouillabaisse, braised osso buco, or pan-seared sea bass and black grouper fillets. Or just drop by the tapas bar for tasty appetizers, such as escargots fricassee and pan-seared sea scallops.
