Cotton Bay Club

Fodor's Review:

Ten miles south of Rock Sound, the old Cotton Bay Club hotel is being rebuilt as part of a new resort, which will include a 73-room guesthouse and clubhouse expected to open in early 2008, and a residential development and a new golf course, which will replace the old Robert Trent Jones Jr. course, during the second phase of development later in the year. Cotton Bay was once an exclusive club, the domain of Pan Am's founder, Juan Trippe, who would fly his friends to the island on a 727 Yankee Clipper for a weekend of golf.
