Arthur's Bakery and Cafe Review
Bread and pastries are baked every morning by White Shadow screenwriter and local real-estate agent to the stars Robert Arthur and his Trinidadian wife Anna. The friendly café has a quiet garden nook where you can savor your morning brew with an apple turnover, banana pancakes, or any of the daily breakfast offerings. The most popular item to take back is the jalapeño-and-cheese bread. Computers with Internet access are available for a fee.

The staff members were rude, rude, rude. We didn't receive a "good morning" or even a "thank you". The ladies working at Arthurs were unappreciative of our business and we were sure to find somewhere else to eat breakfast for the remainder of our week at Harbour Island. Food was mediocre and service was slow.

We just stopped by for one of their famous "pineapple muffins" It was edible - nothing special. We also purchased a "coconut bread" - same it was OK a little stale but they claimed to have just made it !
