Located appropriately at the top of Sugar Hill Street, Daisy Thompson bakes the island's best banana muffins; cinnamon rolls; pineapple bread; pizza; and pineapple, coconut, and lemon tarts in a tiny hilltop enclave. Her family reputedly developed the recipe for pineapple rum.
