Mount Pleasant Fishing Lodge Review

Typical of the small bonefishing lodges that have cropped up in the southern part of Central Andros, Mount Pleasant caters to fishermen who care about nothing more than being out on the water all day. Guests can charter boat-fishing excursions or can cast from the flats that stretch into the bay. A gorgeous beach fronts the property, which holds one building with two two-bedroom apartments, another with two traditional rooms, and a restaurant–bar with satellite TV. The accommodations are basic but have either full kitchens or a mini-refrigerator. They don't have phones or televisions but there is Wi-Fi in a common room. The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner, which consist mostly of seafood. There are kayaks for guest use. Fishing packages are available, which include a packed lunch.
