Fodor's Review

Declared a national monument in 2014, the landmark lighthouse on the island’s eastern tip is being restored to its original glory. It was named after a merchant ship that sunk nearby called the Californian, a tragedy that spawned its construction. Built in 1910, it has been a famous Aruba attraction for decades and a typical stop on most island tours.
