Fodor's Review:

During the oil refinery heyday, Aruba's oldest village was a bustling port; now its primary purpose is tourism. The institution in town is Charlie's Restaurant and Bar. Stop in for a drink and advice on what to see and do in this little town. Aruba's main red light district is located here and will be fairly apparent to even the most casual observer.
