Bon Bini Festival

Fodor's Review:

The Bon Bini Festival, a year-round folkloric event (the name means "welcome" in Papiamento), is held every Tuesday from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Ft. Zoutman in Oranjestad. In the inner courtyard you can check out the Antillean dancers in resplendent costumes, feel the rhythms of the steel drums, browse among the stands displaying local artwork, and partake of local food and drink. Admission is usually around $3, but can be as high as $10, depending on what is on offer.
