Fodor's Review:

Ablaze with neon, the Hyatt Regency Aruba Beach Resort's ultramodern casino is an enormous complex with a Carnival-in-Rio theme. The most popular games here are slots, blackjack, craps, and baccarat. Slots and some other games are available at noon, the dice start rolling at 6 PM, and all other pursuits are open by 8 PM. From 9 PM to 2 AM, there's live music at the stage near the bar – you'll find it hard to steal away from the pulsating mix of Latin and American tunes. Don't forget to register for free dinners and brunches and hotel discounts at the hostess station. The casino is open until 4 AM.
