Screaming Eagle

dining area

Screaming Eagle Review

Fine dining in bed is one of the options available at this artistic eatery. The giant "sails" at the entrance and the gentle lighting and billowing white draperies of the interior lend a sophisticated but laid-back air. Menu items are decidedly French in influence but are sometimes deconstructed and always like mini works of art. For an indulgent experience ask for one of the canopy beds and lounge like an emperor while dining. The Dover sole is prepared at the table à la meunière (lightly floured and sautéed) and makes for a great photo-op. There's also a three-course chef's menu on offer.
